You need to find the right distribution channels for a relevant price. You have to determine what your annual turnover is going to be. How much interest you have to pay for the loans. You need to add your business' cost to the prices to make a good profit margin. Also how many employees you are going to put on the payroll. The things like insurence and bonusses for your staff. Write down in your business plan what the start-up costs are going to be. How long does it going to be when you are going to reach the break-even-point?.
You need to create a budget and also register your business at the local Chamber of Commerce. Set up legal structure for your business. You also need to focus on what type of permits, licences and insurences you need. You need to build and maintain a good relationship with suppliers. There should be a trustworthy accountant to take care of your finances. There is the need for POS system to take care of the customers.
