Work in an orderly fashion such as dividing your work in to pieces of time. If you are a worker at the supermarket or a vinyard owner. Then you can do a different task from time to time.
Focus on where the money is.

Give your workers mid-day breaks and they will be more focused to work rest of the day.

Set deadlines for different task. Especially if you a freelancer you will be more focused to work one task after another.
