How to build your clients trust in your brand and let them to get to know brand?.



It is fact that people shake hands with people they know or they want to get to know. It is not easy to trust a business which you do know nothing about. It is a risky business, especially ordering goods from China, India or eastern European countries. Often you have a hunch but this is not enough. You need some sort of business' ratings on a site for example. Sites like Ali Baba or ebay.com are reputable. When you start a business you need a project an image to your targeted segment to let people know that you got what customers are looking. Most of all the relevant quality for the right price.

How to let the customers get to know your brand.

To customers know what your business is about. You need to share information and go beyond a level than the competition. How can you share information?. To do that you need a good source of advertising channels. What are good advertising channels?. Nowadays you can not afford to leave the local newspapers, local radio channels or local TV channels untapped. Those used to be the traditional advertising channels you could tap into. Nowadays the Internet is here. You know the big boy called Facebook. Other social media sites are just the right sources where you can tap into. Marketing on the local newspapers, local radio and local TV is to let your prospects know how the customers can be reached. And also what you are offering.

Offer ratings by customers for customers.

Be clear in your deeds to attract more customers also through word-of-mouth advertising. 

Be honest towards your propects.

If your are an owner of a soda brand and you can merchandise your products in supermarkets and offer a taste test. Let them know why you give them such and such good for such and such price. Nowadays it is not only the prices. People are buying goods as a status symbol and to be part of a certain culture. If you are a oldschool hip hop head. Then you know they mostly wear Adidas with fat laces and Kangol's. If a person is a golf plaver then this person will buy a Tommy Hilfiger polo rather than less famous brand. Let the customers know why you sell a certain product for a certain price. Let them know with a good product description why your products are of relevant quality for a fixed price. Let the customers also know why you sell products with a discount.
